At T&A Adult Care Lynden, we are the premier adult family home care facility in Lynden, WA. We are family-owned and operated and have been in business since April 2011. Our organization has been a proud member of the local Chamber of Commerce since 2010 and is fully accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Accreditation ID 22830734).
The owner has her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Washington and is a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR). She personally sees to it that all the staff is certified and licensed according to Washington state requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting through DHSH and the FBI.
No detail is overlooked, from the cleanliness of the facility to the emotional well-being of all the residents. Since we are family-owned and operated, we are a small organization and can pay attention to that which matters most, the needs of your loved one. Our main goal is the comfort of all the patients.

Our Adult family homes features 6 private bedrooms with professionally experienced staff giving personalized attention and service. When the time comes that your loved one needs 24/7 support, they can move into our adult family home where all their needs will be met.
